As a volunteer run club with many members, we receive a high volume of enquiries, especially during registration periods. Our committee members all work full-time and volunteer their time to keep the club running, so we’ve compiled answers to our most common questions below to help.
We don’t have a manned office or a general contact number, and our volunteers do not share personal phone numbers. If your question isn’t answered here or on our FAQs page, please email admin@rockvillerovers.com.au and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Registrations for the following season typically open in November. Current members will be notified by email before registrations are advertised on social media.
Our fees can be found on our Fees and Inclusions page.

Regular updates will be provided for any outstanding fees.
A minimum 20% deposit is required to secure a place in a team. Full payment (or entry into a payment plan) is due by 1 February for Senior players and 1 March for MiniRoos and Junior players.

We conduct grading to select players for the highest level teams in U9 to U12 (Kangaroos) andU13 to U16/17. Pre-season/grading sessions for U13 to U16/17 usually takes place in November, while Kangaroos are normally in January. Please watch our social media for updates.
If you are not seeking a spot in these teams, simply register when registrations open and you will be placed into a team in early 2026.
You should register in the age group corresponding to the age your child will turn in that year. For example, a child born in 2010 would register for U16 for the 2026 season.
Players wishing to register outside their normal age group may require dispensation from Football Queensland. If registering in a different age group, you must explain the reason in the Team Preferences section of your registration.
You can enter any preferences in the Team Preferences field when registering. We will take these into consideration, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet your preferences.
You will receive further information closer to the start of grading sessions or training and should hear from the club by 31 January.
For teams that hold trials, player allocation will occur during the grading process. For all other teams, parents and players will be notified by the club with their allocated team and coach details.
Yes. Follow the steps in the club’s Majestri User Guide to log in and view or update your registration. Once the player has been allocated to a team, you will also be able to see the team’s details.
Kit handout sessions will be held prior to the start of training for each age group, subject to kit arrival.
Handout dates will be emailed to members and announced on social media.
Please note: Kits will only be provided to players who have paid their fees in full or paid a deposit with an active payment plan for the balance.
